All stock is stored in Auckland, New Zealand.

We wrap all items in bubblewrap, and ship them in a cardboard box.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 or 2 business days once payment has cleared.

We prefer using NZ Post Courier, but also sometimes use other couriers, such as Aramex and Post Haste.

We apply "signature required" for orders over $100.

We will email you a receipt, including the courier tracking number, when the parcel is ready for sending.

When we first started this business, we imported anime figures from both China and Japan.

However, due to some recurring quality issues with items from China (recasts, bootlegs, etc), we typically only import from Japan now.

As such, we now tag items with Genuine & Original and From Japan as appropriate to help give you confidence when buying from us.

If an item is tagged with China Version, it is likely an unofficial product.

When we prepare a new item to sell, we typically list it on Trade Me for a few weeks.

If an item just isn't selling on Trade Me, we may remove the item from Trade Me and instead sell it directly here on the Cutepet NZ website using a basic payment form.

We use Stripe for payment processing when we sell direct. We are currently using a basic inventory system with Stripe.

Anime figure stock on our website is updated manually. We update stock statuses manually once orders are processed.

To optimise shipping costs, if you are ordering more than one item, please select "Combined Shipping" during checkout, and pay for each figure separately.

Afterwards, typically within one business day, we will combine your items into one box and calculate the final shipping cost, and email you an invoice for the shipping.
